The Role:
- Support KS2 pupils through a combination of 1:1 work, small-group intervention, and general academic support across the curriculum.
- You will reinforce learning in English, Maths, Science, and wider classroom subjects, help pupils stay focused in lessons, prepare simple resources, and give teachers clear feedback on progress.
- Teaching assistants support teachers in the classroom and help children with reading, writing, and learning activities.
The Candidate:
- You are organised, encouraging, and able to explain ideas clearly to older primary pupils.
