The Education Network is recruiting a committed LSA to work in a supportive school setting in Bingley. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with SEND and helping them access education in an inclusive environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
  • Support pupils working towards EHCP targets
  • Assist the class teacher with learning activities and classroom support
  • Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing
  • Work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team

Person Specification

  • Experience working with children with SEND (school or care-based experience desirable)
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
