Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ individual learning needs. Support pupils with special educational needs, adapting teaching strategies to help them achieve their potential. Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and personal development. Monitor progress and adapt learning activities to meet individual needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues to provide effective support. Maintain a safe, inclusive and structured classroom environment. The Ideal Candidate: Must hold QTS. Have experience teaching pupils with SEN, ideally within a specialist setting. Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Be patient, resilient and adaptable. Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs. Interested?
