School Receptionist - ASAP Start in Twickenham

School Receptionist Location: Twickenham Contract: Full-time, longer-term  Start: ASAP Hours: Monday–Friday Pay: £120 - £130 per day  We are currently recruiting for a School Receptionist to join a welcoming school environment. The successful candidate will have previous school reception or school administration experience and be confident working in a busy front-office setting. The Role Acting as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff. Managing the school reception area and handling incoming calls and enquiries. Signing visitors in and out and following safeguarding and visitor procedures. Supporting with pupil attendance and general school administration. Managing emails, correspondence and day-to-day enquiries. Maintaining accurate records and updating school systems. Assisting staff, pupils and parents with queries in a professional and helpful manner. Supporting the wider administration team with general office duties. Maintaining confidentiality and following school policies and safeguarding procedures. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working as a School Receptionist or within a school office is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Professional, approachable and able to remain calm in a busy environment. Strong understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding within an education setting. Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
