The Role
- Teach and support Post 16 students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Foster independence, confidence, and life skills to prepare students for adulthood.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where every student can thrive.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Holds
- QTS
- QTLS
, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience working with students with

(desirable but not essential).
- Is patient, compassionate, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every learner.
- Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.
