We are currently seeking an experienced Attendance Officer / Attendance Support professional to join a supportive school in Greenwich on a temporary basis for approximately 4 weeks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring daily student attendance and punctuality
- Following up absences and lateness with parents/carers
- Maintaining accurate attendance records on school MIS systems
- Producing attendance reports for senior leadership
- Supporting welfare and attendance meetings
- Working closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams
- Ensuring attendance procedures are followed in line with school policy
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous attendance experience within a school setting
- Confident using SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Available to start ASAP
