Education Matters is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Victoria Park from September 2026.

The Role as a Teaching Assistant, you will
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning.
- Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and social development.
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources.
- Promote high standards of behaviour and safeguarding.
The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have
- Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting (desirable but not essential).
- A positive, patient, and caring approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
