If you're an organised administrator with a passion for helping young people thrive, this role offers the chance to combine excellent administrative skills with meaningful, student-focused work.

The Role:

Working alongside a team of Speech and Language Therapists, you'll provide high-quality administrative support to ensure students receive the best possible therapy provision. You'll coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records, organise meetings and resources, liaise with staff and families, and support the smooth running of the service. You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with students by delivering small-group therapy activities under the guidance of qualified therapists—making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop a career within Speech and Language Therapy or SEND support.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Previous administration experience with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and digital record systems.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with students, families and professionals.
  • An understanding of Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) would be advantageous.
  • The confidence to support and lead small-group interventions following training.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.

Why Apply?

This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive and specialist team where you'll make a genuine impact on students' lives while gaining valuable experience within Speech and Language Therapy and SEND education.
