Overview
As the Senior Curriculum Manager for Health and Early Years, you\’ll be the driving force behind the development and delivery of transformative learning experiences. Preferred Requirements
- Ability to teach Health & Social care at Btech Level
- Oversee the learning, progress, and conduct of students on designated courses, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional student outcomes
- Manage staffing matters, including recruitment, performance development, and training, to build a strong and dedicated team
- Contribute to the planning and control of budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- Collaborate with colleagues to design, deliver, and evaluate all aspects of the curriculum, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Serve as a leader and member of relevant teams, liaising with partner organizations and external agencies to expand the reach and impact of our programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a degree or appropriate professional qualification in a relevant field
- Extensive experience in curriculum development, program management, and teaching in the health and early years sectors
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team and drive operational excellence
