Are you a passionate and nurturing educator with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to support small groups of learners in a welcoming and well-resourced setting based in Hillingdon.
About the Role:
- Deliver tailored lessons to small groups of pupils with SEN
- Cater with mild to moderate learning difficulties
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with support staff and therapists to meet EHCP targets
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
What We re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.)
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to behaviour and learning
- QTS or relevant teaching qualifications preferred but not essential
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
