We are seeking a nurturing and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a supportive and inclusive primary school in Brent. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children with a range of needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
- Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social interaction through structured support
