Education Matters Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream secondary school in the Bromley area, starting September 2026.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping access learning inside and outside the classroom, and collaborate with teachers and the SEND team.
Experience with pre-verbal or non-verbal pupils and a patient, nurturing approach are highly valued.
