Education Matters is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Primary Teachers to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ham from September 2026.
We are looking for passionate teachers who can inspire, motivate, and engage pupils while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we'd love to hear from you.
The Role as a Primary Teacher (KS1/KS2), you will
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and support pupils' academic and personal progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
- Promote high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and safeguarding.
The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 within UK primary schools (placements welcomed for ECTs).
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
