Education Matters is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Richmond from September 2026.

We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can inspire, motivate, and engage pupils while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we'd love to hear from you.

The Role as a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupils' academic and personal progress.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
  • Promote high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and safeguarding.

The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 within a UK primary school (ECT placements welcomed).
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
