Education Matters is currently recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive Early Years setting in Redbourn, Hertfordshire, from September 2026.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young children's learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences while creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will
Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Promote high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
