Education Matters is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Primary Teachers to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ham from September 2026.

We are looking for passionate teachers who can inspire, motivate, and engage pupils while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we'd love to hear from you.

The Role as a Primary Teacher (KS1/KS2), you will

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Assess, monitor, and support pupils' academic and personal progress.

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.

Promote high standards of teaching, learning, behaviour, and safeguarding.

The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 within UK primary schools (placements welcomed for ECTs).

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.

A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
