Education Matters Group is recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Tutor to join the Tutorial & Enrichment Team at a thriving Further Education College.

The Role
- As a Pastoral Tutor, you'll play a key role in supporting students throughout their college journey.
- Working closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team, you'll help improve attendance, retention, achievement and progression while promoting student wellbeing and personal development.
- You'll deliver weekly tutorial sessions, provide guidance and mentoring, and support students as they prepare for their next steps, including Higher Education and UCAS applications.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Experience supporting young people in an education or pastoral setting.
- Experience working with A Level students and supporting UCAS applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate, mentor and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for student wellbeing, personal development and student success.
- A degree is desirable, and previous pastoral experience is advantageous.
