As a Pastoral Tutor within the college, you will work alongside teaching staff to provide pastoral support for learners to improve attendance, retention, achievement and encourage positive progression to enhance the quality of the learners’ journey.
Pastoral Tutors will deliver a prescribed tutorial curriculum through weekly group tutorial sessions to develop the learners\’ broader skills and knowledge. You will help contribute to their social and emotional development.
Previous experience in a similar Pastoral Tutor role is preferential but not essential. You will be a good role model able to elicit the best from developing youths to give them the qualities they need to flourish in society post college life.
