As a Pastoral Tutor you’ll play a key role in supporting students throughout their college journey, delivering weekly tutorials and mentoring to help them achieve their full potential.
You’ll work alongside teaching staff to improve attendance, retention and progression, and you’ll guide students on next steps including Higher Education and UCAS
