Overview
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants and SEN Teachers to join inclusive schools committed to supporting children with Special Educational Needs. These rewarding roles offer the chance to make a real difference in students\’ learning, confidence, and personal development.
The Role
- Support children with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Deliver tailored learning interventions and one-to-one support.
- Work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and parents to meet individual education plans (IEPs).
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
The Candidate
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN (school or classroom-based preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, patient approach and genuine passion for helping young people thrive.
- Relevant qualifications or training (e.g. SEN, LSA, Teaching Assistant, PGCE) desirable.
