- Pastoral Tutor
- Full Time | Monday to Friday

The Role
As a Pastoral Tutor, you'll play a key role in supporting students throughout their college journey.
Working closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team, you'll help improve attendance, retention, achievement and progression while promoting student wellbeing and personal development.
You'll deliver weekly tutorial sessions, provide guidance and mentoring, and support students as they prepare for their next steps, including Higher Education and UCAS applications.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting young people in an education or pastoral setting.
- Experience working with A Level students and supporting UCAS applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate, mentor and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds.
- A genuine passion for student wellbeing, personal development and student success.
- A degree is desirable, and previous pastoral experience is advantageous.
