Education Matters Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream secondary school in the Bromley area, starting September 2026.

The role involves providing 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with SEND, including those who are pre-verbal or non-verbal.

You will collaborate with teachers and the SEND team to assist pupils’ access to learning, encourage communication and independence, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff in a supportive environment.
