Location: Greenwich
Salary: £130 - £150 per day

Contract: Full-time, Monday Friday
DBS: Must hold a valid DBS
The Role
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and students
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
- Support computers, laptops, printers and classroom technology
- Manage user accounts and technical queries
- Install and maintain IT equipment and systems
- Ensure IT issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous IT Technician/IT Support experience essential
- Previous school/education experience highly desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of hardware, software and networking
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Valid DBS required
- Available to start immediately
