We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a school in Bethnal Green on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, monitor pupil progress and create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress.
- Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and contribute to safeguarding procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
- Experience teaching within KS2.
- Good knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and children's welfare.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
