The Role as a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every pupil can thrive.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupils' progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
- Inspire pupils to become confident, independent learners while preparing them for the next stage of their education.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and classroom management.
The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school, ideally in Key Stage 2 (ECT placements are welcomed).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A passionate, enthusiastic, and engaging approach to teaching.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.
