We are currently supporting a busy and welcoming College in RM11 that is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their Human Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with HR administration and education recruitment experience to play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment administration from advert to appointment
- Carry out pre-employment checks including DBS, references, and right-to-work checks
- Issue contracts and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate HR records and staff data
- Support staff onboarding and induction processes
- Respond to HR queries professionally and confidentially
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous HR Administration experience
- Recruitment experience within an education setting
- Strong system and data management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems (iTrent desirable)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid DBS
