This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Lecturer or aspiring curriculum leader to combine teaching with leadership while shaping an engaging and innovative Business curriculum.
The Role
- You'll lead the day-to-day delivery of the Business curriculum, supporting and developing a team of lecturers while maintaining a reduced teaching timetable.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll drive curriculum development, quality improvement and student achievement, ensuring learners are equipped for higher education and future careers.
About You
- Experience teaching Business within Further Education or Post-16.
- A relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification (or working towards one).
- Previous leadership, mentoring or management experience, or the ambition to step into a leadership role.
- A strong understanding of curriculum planning, quality assurance and learner success.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
