We are working with a busy and welcoming secondary school who are looking for an experienced Cover Coordinator to join them on a full-time, long-term cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of school operations and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Managing daily staff cover across the school
- Using SIMS to organise and coordinate cover arrangements
- Liaising with supply agencies for daily staffing needs
- Providing high-level administrative support
- Being flexible to cover lessons when required
Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 7:00am - 3:30pm
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Long-term cover
