Job Description
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Health & Social Care Lecturers to teach and support learners across a range of courses from Entry Level to Level 3. With opportunities to work with both 14-19 and adult learners, this role is ideal for teachers who are committed to inspiring the next generation of health and social care professionals.\\n \\n What you'll be doing:\\n \\nTeaching, assessing, and supporting students on Health & Social Care programmes, ensuring high standards of learning and progression \\nDesigning innovative, engaging learning materials and developing curriculum to meet national and employer needs \\nActing as a personal tutor, providing academic and pastoral support to help learners achieve their goals \\nBuilding strong links with employers, monitoring work placements, and ensuring students gain meaningful industry experience What we're looking for:\\n \\nTeaching and/or training experience in Health & Social Care (or strong sector background with willingness to gain teaching qualification) \\nA recognised qualification in Health & Social Care \\nExcellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills \\nA genuine passion for helping learners succeed and progress Desirable:\\n \\nAssessor/Verifier awards and recent industry experience. \\n This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to learners while contributing to the growth of the Health & Social Care curriculum
