Building effective relationships with families and the wider school team. The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has previous classroom experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Demonstrates a sound understanding of early childhood development. Is confident delivering phonics and early mathematics activities. Has a patient, adaptable and approachable teaching style. Holds an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one.
