Education Matters Group is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join its Alternative Provision from September 2026 in RM6. You can be a Primary-trained ECT or an experienced teacher delivering English and Mathematics across KS2, KS3 or KS4.
The role offers full-time or part-time options, with a collaborative team focused on re-engaging students and supporting progression. Excellent mentoring, induction and CPD are provided.
