Start: ASAP | Hours: Monday–Friday | Contract: Long-term Pay: £23.45 per hour We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a college HR team, providing advice and support to managers across employee relations, HR policies and workforce management. Key Responsibilities Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters. Advise managers on employment legislation, HR policies and procedures. Support organisational change, consultations and redundancy processes. Assist with recruitment, performance management, probation and workforce reporting. Support payroll, contractual changes and HR policy development. Liaise with trade unions and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection and safeguarding requirements. Requirements Previous HR Advisor experience with strong employee relations knowledge. Sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Experience with recruitment, payroll and HR systems. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. CIPD membership or progress towards Chartered status is desirable.
