Location: London Salary: £27 - £31.76 3 DAYS A WEEK Education Matters Group is looking for a Hair & Beauty Lecturer to support learners aged 16–19 studying a Level 3 Beauty course at a London college. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced beauty professional who wants to help young people develop their skills, build confidence and prepare for a future in the industry. What will you be doing? Delivering engaging lessons that bring beauty theory and practical learning to life. Helping students develop their technical skills and understanding of industry standards. Assessing learners' work and providing guidance to help them improve. Supporting students with their progress, attendance and personal development. Creating a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to succeed. Working with colleagues to ensure students receive the support they need. What are we looking for? A degree or equivalent qualification in Beauty. Experience teaching or training in Beauty, ideally at Level 3. A recognised teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young learners. A supportive, organised and flexible approach to teaching. Why apply?
