Temporary Attendance Officer / Attendance Support - Greenwich. Approx. 4‑week assignment. £110‑£120 per day (depending on experience). Immediate start available. This role is for an experienced Attendance Officer / Attendance Support professional to join a supportive school in Greenwich on a temporary basis for approximately 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring daily student attendance and punctuality
  • Following up absences and lateness with parents/carers
  • Maintaining accurate attendance records on school MIS systems
  • Producing attendance reports for senior leadership
  • Supporting welfare and attendance meetings
  • Working closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams
  • Ensuring attendance procedures are followed in line with school policy

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous attendance experience within a school setting
  • Confident using SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Available to start ASAP
