Education Matters Group is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with SEND, learning difficulties, disabilities and EHCPs within a Further Education setting.
The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support in classrooms and practical settings.
- Help learners access their studies and develop independence.
- Support with reading, scribing, IT and exam access arrangements.
- Promote positive behaviour, confidence and engagement.
- Provide personal care and mobility support where required.
- Work closely with teachers and the wider SEND team.
About You
We are looking for an experienced LSA, SEN TA, Teaching Assistant or SEND Support Worker with a genuine passion for supporting learners with additional needs. Personal care and moving & handling experience is desirable.
