An opportunity has become available for an Enrichment Coordinator to join a College in Hackney. * Enrichment Coordinator * Hackney * November 2024 – Ongoing – Long term * Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm * £16.71 per hour As an Enrichment Coordinator you will be providing one-to-one support and enrichment programmes for college students. Your duties will include supervising social areas, supporting and being involved in the development and delivery of Enrichment programmes of recreation and social education and ensuring the equal participation of all members of the student body in youth and community work activities in conjunction with the and Enrichment team. Purpose of Role: * To improve student attendance, retention, achievement and encourage positive progression by enhancing the quality of the learner journey. * To deliver and facilitate a prescribed range of enrichment activities which develop learners’ broader skills and knowledge contributing to their development as responsible, respectful and active citizens. * Contribute to the development learners’ character, giving them qualities, they need to flourish in society.
