We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join a supportive and ambitious Alternative Provision from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a Primary-trained ECT or a teacher with experience delivering English and Mathematics across Key Stages 2, 3 or 4.

Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time role, you'll become part of a collaborative team committed to helping students re-engage with learning and achieve their full potential.

The Role

  • Teach English and Mathematics
  • Deliver Functional Skills lessons
  • Provide literacy and numeracy interventions
  • Deliver engaging small-group and one-to-one support
  • Support students with GCSE preparation where appropriate
  • Promote positive behaviour for learning
  • Work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to support student progress and wellbeing

About You

  • Is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or has relevant teaching experience
  • Has experience teaching English and/or Mathematics across KS2, KS3 or KS4
  • Builds strong, positive relationships with young people
  • Has high expectations and a nurturing approach
  • Is passionate about supporting students to overcome barriers to learning
  • Experience within Alternative Provision, SEMH or SEND is desirable but not essential.
