Design & Technology Teachers – Secondary Schools & UTCs – London We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Design & Technology (DT) Teachers to join a number of excellent secondary schools and University Technical Colleges (UTCs) across London. These roles are available for immediate start and offer the opportunity to make a real impact in well-resourced departments. About the Roles: * Deliver engaging DT lessons across the curriculum at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may also be available depending on the school). * Specialisms in Resistant Materials, Product Design, Engineering, Food Tech or general DT are all welcomed. * Applicants must be confident in the safe and effective use of machinery including pillar drills and centre lathes. * Contribute to curriculum development, departmental projects, and enrichment activities. * Full-time and long-term contracts available, with potential for permanent appointments. Requirements: * Recognised teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or equivalent). * Previous teaching experience within a UK secondary school or UTC. * Current DBS essential (Must be on the online system). * Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills. * Excellent knowledge of health & safety protocols within a workshop environment. * A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners in Design & Technology.
