This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Lecturer or aspiring curriculum leader to combine teaching with leadership while shaping an engaging and innovative Business curriculum.

The Role

You'll lead the day-to-day delivery of the Business curriculum, supporting and developing a team of lecturers while maintaining a reduced teaching timetable.

Working closely with senior leaders, you'll drive curriculum development, quality improvement and student achievement, ensuring learners are equipped for higher education and future careers.

About You We're looking for someone who has

Experience teaching Business within Further Education or Post-16.

A relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification (or working towards one).

Previous leadership, mentoring or management experience, or the ambition to step into a leadership role.

A strong understanding of curriculum planning, quality assurance and learner success.

Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
