- Holds an NNEB (National Nursery Examination Board) qualification.
- Has a medical or healthcare background, with relevant experience or qualifications.
- Has experience working with young children in a nursery or school setting.
- Is caring, patient and reliable, with a strong commitment to children's wellbeing and safeguarding.
