The Role
Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
Plan, assess, and differentiate lessons to support all learners
Monitor progress and implement strategies to raise attainment
Contribute to curriculum development within the English department
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic success
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (or due to achieve QTS for ECTs)
Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature
Passionate about teaching and student achievement
Excellent classroom management skills
Committed to continuous professional development
