Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and nurturing a small group of low ability students in an engaging learning environment. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to effectively manage student behaviorDuties:
- Support and teach students with SEN needs,
- Small classroom size, low ability
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students,
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment,
- Assess and record student progress to ensure learning objectives are met,
- Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student development and progress,
