We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and nurturing a small group of low ability students in an engaging learning environment. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to effectively manage student behaviour Duties: Support and teach students with SEN needs, Small classroom size, low ability Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all students, Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive classroom environment, Assess and record student progress to ensure learning objectives are met, Communicate with parents and colleagues regarding student development and progress, Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, Utilise early childhood education techniques to engage young learners.
