What you’ll be doing:

Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support to children and young people in their homes or a suitable public setting.
Delivering personalised, creative sessions that reflect each learner’s needs, interests and abilities.
Working term-time only, with sessions typically lasting 3 to 5 hours during the school day.
Working flexibly (on a bank staff contract) as part of a compassionate, expert-led team.

Who we’re looking for:

Education professionals with SEN and SEMH needs experience, such as Autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Those from Early Years, Primary, Secondary or Post-16 backgrounds, including specialist SEND settings (experience with Makaton, PECS and behaviour support is an advantage).
Individuals with a minimum of 2 consistent weekdays of availability.
Professionals with up-to-date understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
