Are you a creative, forward-thinking, inclusive, caring, and ambitious Early Years Manager with the drive and commitment to raise achievement? We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Early Years Manager who can work within a team of dedicated and hard-working staff.

We are looking for:

  • A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Early Years
  • Previous management experience in an Early Years setting
  • Lead and manage staff on a day-to-day basis
  • Develop and implement long-term, medium-term, and sessional curriculum plans that align with the EYFS requirements
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of children within the setting, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers

  • Oversee and maintain financial budgets for the setting, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately
