We are looking for a Teaching Assistant (level 2) who, under the instruction & guidance of our wonderful teaching team, can undertake work, care and support programmes to assist in managing the students & classroom, whilst ensuring that every pupil has access to learning and is achieving their full potential. This position would suit a positive, energetic, proactive team-player who is enthusiastic about making a difference!, * Attending to the pupils’ personal needs, and implementing related personal programmes, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters

Undertaking programmes linked to local and national learning strategies to support pupils to achieve learning goals, recording achievement & progress and feeding back to the teacher

Supervising and providing particular support for pupils including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning

Encouraging pupils to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher

Creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans
