Education Impact Academy Trust is a Multi-Academy Trust that includes The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and provides specialist further education for students aged 19-25 with special educational needs and disabilities. Responsibilities

  • A full clean driving licence with D1 entitlement.
  • Follow designated routes to safely transport students with special educational needs to and from college.
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach.
  • Conduct daily safety checks and adhere to legal and college safety requirements.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain a flexible and positive attitude.
  • Speak fluent English as required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016).

Qualifications

  • Full clean driving licence with D1 entitlement.
  • Ability to work with diverse learners, including those with physical, sensory, speech, learning, autism, emotional and mental health needs.
