Join the Education for Industry Training (EFIT) team as a Team Assistant and play a key role in supporting industry-focused projects, developing employer partnerships, and coordinating innovative training programmes. This varied role involves managing project documentation, liaising with a range of stakeholders, supporting senior team activities, and helping to drive the success of EFIT’s strategy.
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and an interest in fashion, retail, beauty, and related sectors.
About You:
- Qualifications: You will have Level 2 qualifications or equivalent in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade C/4 or above), and Level 3 qualification(s) or equivalent (e.g., A-levels, BTEC) in any subject.
- Experience: You will have proven experience in office support, ideally within education, training, or related sectors, with a strong track record in project coordination, database management, stakeholder communication, and supporting external client relationships in sales or business development environments.
- Skills: You will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Passion: You will be passionate about finding solutions, building strong client and team relationships with a flexible, proactive approach to supporting team success in dynamic environments.
