EFI Group is seeking a Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer to support students across its London-based FRA Academy and LCBT Academy. The role provides frontline guidance, pastoral care and referrals, acting as a designated safeguarding lead and collaborating with the Student Services Team to ensure excellent progression and development for all learners.
The post holder will be first aid trained, with safeguarding and DSL training, prepared for disclosures in line with EFI safeguarding policy.
