Join the EFI Group as a Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant and play a key role in supporting our exciting growth journey! This dynamic role will provide proactive, customer focused, and efficient administrative support to the Recruitment and HR team to support with recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding, maintaining educational compliance and be the first point of contact for all HR and recruitment queries. We are a collaborative team dedicated to providing a highly efficient, customer centric and authentic service to all employees and service users.
About You:
- Experience: You will have experience in a fast-paced administrative role. Current or previous experience as an HR or Recruitment Administrator/Assistant is desirable.
- Skills: You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease and speed and clear, professional communication skills.
- Passion: You will be a strong collaborator with great interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset who wants to join a supportive team where your skills and energy will truly make a difference.
